DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, our warehouse will dispatch your products to your given address. Kindly ensure someone is at home to accept delivery. 

How long will my order take?

Depending where you are in the world, kindly see delivery options: 

1. South Africa Standard Delivery: 

This is a standard Door to Door courier service within South Africa. Deliveries in and around Johannesburg can expect delivery within 2 to 5 working days. Cape Town and other main cities can expect deliveries within 3 to 7 working days. Outlying areas may take longer depending on how often the area is serviced. Always expect a day or two delay over Business Period end. If you enter a P.O. Box address here the courier service will not be used and your parcel will be sent via the Post Office.
2. Bedfordview Shipping:

Delivered to Mannatech Offices in Bedfordview for collection by Associate. This option automatically defaults the delivery to the office and any further delivery charges resulting in on-going or reshipping will be charged to the associate. Delivery normally takes place between 2 to 3 days. Always expect a day or two delay over Business Period end.
3. Namibia Shipping:

This option is for Associates living in Namibia only. Parcels are delivered to the Transworld Freight depot in Windhoek for collection by Associate. Delivery lead times vary between 5 and 15 days. Bulk shipments are sent via road either once or twice weekly depending on quantities. Associate can instruct Transworld freight to send the parcel on to their home address, but this transaction is between the Associate and Transworld. (An additional cost will be levied).

 

International Deliveries

As per our Terms and Conditions of sale, when you submit your Order, you are offering to buy the Product(s) at the price set out in the Order. However, import duties and taxes incurred on receiving your order are for your own account. The total cost for the Product(s) and delivery charges will be displayed before you confirm your Order and will be set out in the order email you receive from us, however, we do not give indications for duties and VAT which will be payable once the goods arrive in your country.

Delivery at Weekends

Please note that our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Delivery Exceptions

*PO Box addresses: 
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

Receiving Your Order

All our orders will require a signature on delivery. If you will not be at home at the time of delivery, and nobody is home to receive your parcel, please rather provide us with your work address for the delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements.  

Missing or Damaged Items

QUESTIONS ON V.A.T

Customers based in South Africa

Any of our South African- based customers will be subject to V.A.T at 14%. Don’t panic! The cost is already included for you.
